In Apocalypse Now!, the photojournalist said that about Colonel Kurtz. Now, I’m saying that about Cameron, proprietor over at The Old Ten Speed Gallery. I post exclusively mixtes; he posts everything. And yet, I bet he’s already posted more examples of mixtes than I ever will. Check out some of his most beautiful bikes here.

This is my wife’s 1970s Raleigh Super Course. It’s in pretty good shape considering its lifetime of use, though some stickers are tattered and the chrome is quite pitted.
